1. Left Click on The Start Button Located On The Bottom Left Of Your Computer Screen
2. Highlight "Settings" And Left Click On "Control Panel"
3. If You Have The "Classic View" Left Click "Network Connections"
4. If You Have "Category View" Left Click "Network And Internet Connections"
5. Then Left Click "Network Connections"
6. Left Click "Local Area Connection"
7. Left click on "Properties"
8. Highlight "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and left click "Properties"
9. Click "Obtain an IP address automatically" in
the
top circle.
Click "Obtain DNS server address automatically" in the next to bottom circle.
10. Click the "Advanced" Button
11. Click the "DNS" Tab and ensure the
DNS server addresses, in order of use is empty
If there are numbers in the box, highlight them and click "Remove"
Click "OK"
12. Click "OK"
9. Click "Close" and "Close" again
10. Click "OK" and reboot your computer
