7:25 PM
The Dairy tower is down due a power outage.

The Woodsfield tower has also been down a couple times in the last hour due to power flickers draining the UPS battery.

We will continue to update as necessary this evening.

March 14 9:30 AM: Power has been restored to the Dairy tower. The Hanson tower is still down.

3:20 PM: Service has been restored to the Hanson tower. All customers should now be online. Please power cycle if you are not.

7:50 PM – The Sykes tower is down. We will update when we have more information.

March 10 12:30 PM – Service was restored this morning. We had an electrical problem. Please power cycle if you are still offline. Instructions at https://gmn4u.com/support

7:15 AM – All GMN Broadband customers are offline due to a power outage in Woodsfield.

8:50 AM – Service has been restored. Power was restored overnight, but our upstream provider’s equipment did not restart properly. If you are still offline, please power cycle.

8:15 PM. We are down due to a scheduled power outage in Woodsfield. They are transitioning from generators to their AEP line.

9:30 PM. Service was restored at 9:00 PM. All customers should now be online.

12:50 PM
All customers will be offline soon due to a power outage. We will update when we have more information.

4:45 PM – All customers are still offline due to the ongoing power outage in Woodsfield.

6:45 PM – The Village of Woodsfield has an estimated power restoration of 2 PM tomorrow. We sincerely apologize for the length of this outage and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Woodsfield is currently running on backup generators. We will continue to keep this post updated as necessary.

Our upstream provider has informed us of emergency maintenance to be performed tonight, November 19, 2025 between 12:01 AM and 6:00 AM. Expect an outage sometime during this window.

November 13, 2025 2:00 PM

Our upstream provider has notified us of emergency maintenance to be performed November 14 between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM. Expect an outage of up to 60 minutes sometime during this window.
