August 21 Outage

We had a partial outage the evening of August 21, from approximately 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Our upstream provider had an issue causing a lot of the internet to be unreachable. We apologize for not posting during the outage.

July 25 Jerusalem Outage

The Jerusalem tower is down due to storm damage. We will troubleshoot as soon as weather permits.

4:40 PM
Service has been restored. The cause of the outage was a dead switch port. If you still do not have service please power cycle your equipment. Instructions are available at https://gmn4u.com/support/.

April 21 power outage

9:12 AM The Graysville and Hanson towers are down due to the Washington Electric scheduled power outage.

8:00 PM The Graysville and Hanson towers remain down due to the power outage.

Scheduled power outage April 21

Washington Electric has a scheduled power outage on Monday, April 21. They expect this outage to start around 7 AM and last for approximately 12 hours. This will cause an Internet outage on our Graysville and Hanson towers. We will post updates here and on our Facebook page. You may also call our office for updates. 740-472-2003.
