We are seeing slow download speeds. We are in contact with our upstream provider, and we will update this post when we have more information.

Our upstream provider has confirmed a large outage affecting multiple states and providers.

3:40 PM
Our network is down due to a power outage in Woodsfield.

5:20 PM
Service was restored at 4:45 PM.

10:00 AM
We are seeing heavy packet loss upstream of our network causing our customers to experience slow internet connections. We are in contact with our upstream provider.

5:00 PM
The packet loss cleared up shortly after noon. Our upstream provider was unable to find any issues with their network. Apparently an issue further upstream. At this time we are not sure where the problem was.

9:45 PM
The Lewisville tower is down. We will update this post when we have more information.

July 22 12:30 PM
The tower took a lightning strike yesterday. We will update again when tower climbers are scheduled to make repairs. If you are unsure what tower you are on, and are offline, please give us a call. Leave a message if necessary.

The Antioch tower is also down due to storm damage. We will continue to update this post for both towers as necessary.

The Lewisville tower is being repaired today.

Some customers receiving service from the Jerusalem tower are offline due to storm damage. We will troubleshoot as soon as possible.

Service has been restored.

10:05 AM – All service is down due to an issue with our upstream provider. We will update when we have more information.

11:00 AM – Service was restored at 10:40 AM. There was a configuration error on the part of our upstream provider. We continuing to monitor and work with them.

Sunday June 7, 2026

7:50 AM – The Malaga tower is down due to a power outage. We will update this message when we have more information.

5:20 PM – Service was restored to the Malaga tower at 2:30 PM. Customers connected to the Wilson repeater on Flat Rock Rd are still offline.

Customers on the Dairy tower can expect brief outages today as we perform maintenance.

The Village of Woodsfield has a planned power outage Sunday, May 17, from 8 AM to 10 AM. Expect an internet outage during this time.

The Village of Woodsfield has a planned power outage on Monday, May 11 from 9 am to 11 am. GMN Broadband customers will experience an internet outage during this time.
